Meet The Managers
Tommy Chapin, is our resident manager at Green Lake South Shore Apartments.
Tommy was born in Bakersfield, CA in 1978. He is the second of nine children and is now the proud uncle of 16 nieces and nephews. He moved to Seattle, in 2002, after graduating college at Cal State - Bakersfield, and fell in love with the Pacific Northwest immediately. He started working for Cosse Properties in 2021, spending most of his time helping run Forest Creek and Canterbury Court Apartments in Shoreline. On occasion, Josh and Elicia would call on him to help out here at Greenlake South Shore. He was immediately struck by the sense of community they had helped foster here. When Tommy found out that the Green Lake position was going to be available, he jumped at the opportunity.
When he's not unclogging sinks, Tommy can be found golfing, woodworking, trying to learn to watercolor, or reading a book about some guy, or girl, who has to kill a dragon to save the world.
He very much enjoys the community, his work and the neighborhood; while always striving to work hard to improve and enliven Green Lake South Shore Apartments. Please don't hesitate to call or text him with any questions or concerns.
